1 RM testing

Hi All, If you haven't started your One Rep Max testing yet, please do. You'll be wishing that there's a delay at Sony. I just started this morning. I did 15 tests. What a great workout and surely a nice way to get ready for STS.
Am I the only one that needs more time before STS arrives. I secretly hope the UPS man doesn't show up at my doorstep any time soon. I have a new appreciation for what STS has in store for us!

I agree totally, lina9496. I've only been testing the 4 & 5 star rated exercises from the Chart, so far, VERY tough. I'm not really sorry STS is delayed, besides I'm enjoying the anticipation!
