Good morning, cheetahs!

Happy Friday!

Linda—So sorry DD had another attack. She’ll be in thought & prayer…I had the chills reading about the significance of the phrase “To Run Five Miles.” Maybe for your next marathon? At the last minute (after watching Spirit in the hotel), I decided to tape my name on the front of my shirt, but all the letters fell off before mile 3. *lol* Next time, I’d say ironing on beforehand would be best. Posh, Carole, and Shelly are, of course, are the great gurus with many of these bad boys under their belts, but I would say if you feel up to it, definitely you could do some easy runs; u/b weights—yes; but leg work—personally, no, I wouldn’t do that just yet. I was just telling Carole that my knees have been feeling a little “tired.” No major pains or serious concerns, but it does drive home the idea that the body needs maybe a little more time than I thought to fully recover. I think the best thing is to pay close attention to your energy levels and how your body feels, and ease into whatever you do. If it hurts, as Carole advised Dallas earlier, just stop. J …I thought the iClimb with Buddy was a good workout. The music isn’t remarkable, but that doesn’t necessarily phase me much. Buddy’s pretty good. He does say the word “yeah” a lot at the end of his sentences, but not to the point where you want to shoot him. J I liked that he had you lean forward, lean backward, and go backwards during certain segments. Overall, though, it is billed as a beginner iClimb, so I think adding the vest was a good option. I was definitely drenched at the end.

Shelly—I don’t think I’d be downloading any more iTrains, either, but I did buy the resolutions package right before the prices went up, so I have a few credits remaining. I believe if I don’t use ‘em, I lose ‘em. You are one tough cheetah plowing on the way you do.

Jackie—I don’t think I would’ve really wanted to be in Grant Park. As exciting as it looked, I’m not one for a crushing sort of crowd. I need to hear the full speech as well. Are the Obama girls not the cutest, little things ever? I’m so happy they are getting a puppy! J…Sounds like a nice balance with the 5.1, shoulders, and yoga.

Dallas—glad the massage therapist (or was it the chiro?) pinpointed the problem and provided some relief…Oh, I’m glad your friend’s son successfully completed chemo treatment, and I wish your other friend’s daughter all the strength in the world. MIL, too. Good that she’s almost at the end of treatment. Keep us posted re: the surgery…My feet have gone numb on the EXT a few times.

Carole—LMBO because I could just envision the smiley for that. Now I’ve got Irene Cara stuck in my brain. J I bet that was a real high enjoying the return of your speed. Awesome! You are hittin' every single one of your goals. Inspiring!

Christine—perhaps this calls for a cheetah convention in Hawaii. ;) ha ha. Sounds like a great combo pairing Imax2 with PH. Thanks for the idea. Genie hops—hmm, think I’ve encountered them in another workout of hers. Five-and-a-half hours of meetings within two days sounds like torture.

Karen—glad you had a fun, educational experience with the Lenni Lenape.

Wendi—indeed, I was off yesterday and today, too. WOO-HOO...life is gooood.

Hope you had a good night at the lanes. Sorry, but I have to side with Carole on that rendition of “Buttercup.”

Finally, a day with no nasty rain in the forecast—yippee! I'll be heading out there for a run later in the morning.

Have a wonderful day!

Good morning Cheetahville!

Well, bowling started off promising but, as usual, my mental game fell apart when I really needed to deliver and close out some points. Gettin sick of it, really, and it's been going on for about 4 years now. Just can't get out of the rut...oh well. I'm sure we'll slip a few spots in the standings.

Rest day today although I really should have run this morning, regardless of how drained I am after the late night. I swear I ate everything and anything that wasn't nailed down:confused:...not good! Gonna have to make it a marathon riding day to help undo some of the damage.

Cathy - Oh, wow, sooooo glad you have these two days off! Okay, I'll give ya that that particular rendition idn't too hot;). Enjoy your run today...perfect weather for it:D.

Jackie - Sorry, I let ya down last night;). Would have liked to have reported a 300. ITA about our tummies never letting us forget lunch lol! Had to laugh at the fact that you didn't need to mute Denise...uh, wow;)!

Gotta grab another cup of java. BBIAB!

Morning Glories! ;)

I'm pumped! I can't wait to hit the road later! Today I'll be hitting the TM (hopefully for an hour) and also doing the floor work from GS legs. That'll be my work out. Beyond that it'll be all about preparing for my weekend away. :D:D:D

Cathy: So do you have Monday off also? DS had y'day off. He has today off AND monday off as well. Lucky lil' bugger, isn't he? :) So you are not a fan of the Buttercup song? I like all that silly music so I enjoy that C&W routine personally. I know I am in the minority with that though and that is okay. ;) Yummy, I love salsa and chips. I've been buying the low fat tortilla chips and salsa for when I want a salty snack. So good. Perhaps I'll get to put my dancin' shoes on next Wednesday. *sigh*

Wendi: I guess even when I proof read my posts I miss stuff. Ah well...glad ya got a good laugh out of the "mom" thing. LOL Sorry bowling was a bummer last night. DH said he didn't bowl that great either.

Christine: Great mish mosh you did y'day. I go through creative spurts where it seems all I do is make up my own work outs. I haven't done it in a while...I'm probably due soon...:)

Carole: Not a carrot cake lover but I'll be missin' my Cheetahs that weekend no matter what! :( WOW! Awesome pace!!! You are kickin' arse and takin' names! I love it! Good for you!!!! :) So did you like running with an Ipod for the first time??

Judy: Awesome work out y'day! How nice to give your friend a CC cert for her B'day. Which work outs did she choose? :)

Shelly: Sorry your cold is still hanging on. Whatever I have is still hanging around as well but I am not letting it stop me either!;)

Linda: That was a nice sentiment you wanted to put on a shirt for your race. Sorry it never got done but it's the thought that counts. :) Oh no, I feel so bad for your DD! I hope her levels stay down so that she doesn't need surgery NOW! Keep us posted! Prayers are with her and the baby!

Jackie: LMBO at the Lysol Wipes comment. I could wear a mask, gloves and scrub myself down before hangin' with him and he'd STILL manage to get sick! He catches EVERYTHING! Dinner at mom's was good but true to form we had fried fish and pierogies swimming in butter. It was a butter substitute but it was STILL uber fattening for sure! As for what the fish was fried in....Ignorance is bliss!:p Don't get me wrong, she's a great cook but going there for dinner every week makes it really hard to commit to a clean diet. I've gained a few pounds and REALLY want to get them off. Eating butter for dinner does not help!

Dallas: Glad you were able to find out the cause of your pain. Hopefully now it will be easier to avoid activities that bother it and you can concentrate on letting it heal.

Karen: Glad you and your fam had fun at the Leni Lanape grounds. Good job on the 4 miler! Any marathon decisions yet? :)

Alrighty, gonna go get DS and myself ready to head out to the gym. I want to get it done early today!

BBL!:)

Good Morning Cheetahs! (((TGIF )))

Cathy- You did an iClimb with a weighted vest? Yikes! What's up for your weekend? I read where your feet have gone numb on the EXT. I learned from someone that securing laces too tight will contribute to this, and after loosening my laces just a bit, the numbness never returned.

Linda- How is DD today? I am sending prayers for her.

Karen- Good luck at the soccer tournament this weekend! How many DD's will participate? Loved your pictures!

Dallas- Sounds like you know the problem and the foam roller and stretching will be a great help! Good news!

Posh- Are you visiting DD for parents weekend? Has she transitioned well to her new school? It is a boarding school right?

Shelly- Are you virus free now? I bought a Netti Pot, but I can't bring my self to use it. It seems like it would be uncomfortable. I missed the reason you are boycotting iTrains. I am finishing up the one year deal.

Christine- Nice WO yesterday! Sorry about the unannounced meeting :eek: LOL about the tool being right where it belongs! I hope DH's luggage arrives with him.

Carole- I forgot to thank you for the soup suggestion. Sadly, I cannot get DH and Kids to agree on soup very often. We do have soup ( or some crock pot meal) and salad on Mondays. Pasta for us has traditionally been a Sunday meal staying true to my Italian American heritage. I guess that is good because I do my longer runs on Monday mornings. But we do have Pasta one other weeknight too. ( always whole wheat pasta)

Jackie- Carrot Cake is my all time favorite cake!

Wendi- Thanks for the info regarding trains to the Rock hill. I will have a car so I can always get DD23 from the train station.

Wendy- As mentioned before I chose L&G on Wednesday and a CC#4 yesterday, consequently it is painful to sit at the computer. And even worse is sitting on wood bleachers at the ice rink where I have been watching DS tryout for his High School team all week. Good job on getting the early run in! I am still getting up on pre time change and falling asleep to early. Maybe a nap will help today.... I thought of you last night. I wanted candy, but made decaff coffee instead and it did the trick. If I cut out the afternoon coffee for green/ peppermint tea, then I am wanting a cup in the evening. And it helps to deter the sweet craving for some odd reason.

Well todya is PUB since I ditched it on Wednesday. I will go to yoga today also as a make up for next week. My club is getting rid of this yoga teacher and she is the best. I am annoyed. The club is .5 mile from here. The class had only had 3 of us for the last two months and management caught on.

Next week, DH and I are celebrating (one month early) our 25th wedding anniversary. We are going to Mexico. Alone. No kids, no cars, no sports, or dirty laundry etc. I will use next week as a recovery week, and do 3 medium length (TM) runs only. Perhaps some stretching and nothing else.

Wendy- My girlfrined chose #3 & #4 Cardio coaches. She is doing one this morning. I can't wait to hear her comments!

Good morning cheetahs

Cathy...it did feel nice getting some speed back, it feels like it has been a long time!! I was not thinking about my other goals until you pointed it out. I have hit some important ones, so "what a feeling" is coming back!!

Wendi...sorry bowling went the way it did. I think it can be a high pressure sport when you are on a team. Yes, I figured if I have a little extra time those e-cises from Pain Free are good for me.

Wendy...sorry that I missed it but where are you off to this weekend? Have fun with the TM workout and GS floor legs. Thanks re: my interval run. I liked using the iPod, but I probably need some other earpieces, so I will look around...:)

Judy...Luckily for me my DH loves any kind of soup! That is great you have a traditional Sunday meal! I use whole wheat pasta too. Congrats on 25 years!!!! I bet your trip to Mexico alone with DH will be wonderful...:)

Christine...I have been to Hawaii (it was when I was 18!!), I just have always wanted to go again but DH is a wimp about flying. You are a sweetie for getting the cakes in Napa. Are there hotels close to your condo? Now my other sister might be going to celebrate my 50th. Way to go with that long mish mosh. I am proud you did int 9 with Imax2!!! Sorry about the tough work day...

Dallas...I liked using the iPod yesterday, I think I just need more comfy earpieces...:)...For the e-cises I do the static back, on your back, legs bent up on a chair, for about 8 min then I alternate each leg out straight, on either side of the chair for another 8 min each side.

Karen...sounds like you and the girls had a fun day at the Leni Lanape grounds.

Jackie...I don't know if anything specific made me use the iPod yesterday. I guess I just don't want to get too used to it for running, if that makes sense to you.

Today will e S&H back, abs and a 4.5 mile tempo run.

Have a great day...:)

Happy Friday and All that Cheetahs!

Dallas – I love spinning – depending on the teacher, actually. Some are not fun, but some are really a blast. I had one class where the entire music was from 300 - man was I sweating at the end, but I was
exhilarated!! The workout was fun. I’m feeling it today! Wow!

Karen – sounds like a fun say yesterday. Yeah, Prop 2 was interesting, but over all I think it was a good thing. We cannot continue to treat our animals the way we do.

Wendi – PH has only Squats and Lunges – it wasn’t too bad. :p I enjoyed it very much. I don’t mind 5 and I love 9, too (and 10 – HAVE to do 10 – silly song, but I love it), but I really don’t like 3 and I’m not fond of 8 – so it worked out well. I’m not a huge fan of 6 (the straddle taps) but they get my heart rate way up! Sorry about the bowling – how frustrating!!

Jackie – oh cool! Sounds like a good one. If I have time I’d like to get my new yoga in – it has many options – with very specific stretches for hips, hamstrings, etc. I’m very excited about it.

Cathy – yeah on no rain! Yeah, I’m not a meeting person and 5.5 hours is torture. I may “get out of it” this morning (depending on how hard DH argues) but I’d rather be there than the hospital. Enjoy your day off!!! That’s great.

Wendy – enjoy your run today! Sounds like you’ll fly through it! :p Enjoy your weekend, too! I hadn’t done a self created mish mosh in a while and had forgotten how much I love ‘em.

Judy – oooh, your trip to Mexico sounds incredible! 25 years – eh? Congrats! When do you leave?

Well, DH and his luggage made it home, but he’s have severe pain in his right side. I think he has gallstones. He barely slept last night, and keeps talking about a meeting he has to give this morning (how is he going to give the meeting if he cannot even sit up?!). I’m going to drag him (probably kicking and screaming) to the ER this morning. I’ll think of Shelly while I’m there. I don’t know what or if I’ll work out today. We’ll see. Hope everyone has a great day!

Carole - you snuck in on me! There are hotels close by - The Napa River in is pretty close and is less expensive (plus they have the best breakfasts!). Oh, get DH out of his wimpy fear and drag him on a plane. :p

Morning Ladies!

I did the EXT again for 45 minutes plus 5 minute cool down. Gave me a few more minutes to watch GA. Oh my, what a tear jerker the one story line was. :( I'm going to break GSL into two workouts - today floor and tomorrow standing, then I'll do Eionn's magically hips. This way I can add upper body into the mix. :)

Christine ~ I know I need to get outside and I'll enjoy cycling even more. Maybe I can ask Santa for a new bike. ;) That sounds like an awesome class!! Music really makes a difference. Oh yeah, I forgot about your condo...well, I wouldn't have just invited myself to stay...ha ha!;) I think I need a lobotomy...I'm so forgetful. Maybe it's the upcoming holidays and the "to do" list is growing and growing....Keep us posted on your dh. :(

Carole ~ I was thinking of that ecise specifically. So, that's the only one you do? I'll add that after yoga today. :) My hip feels pretty good. I'll try running on Sunday and see what happens. I know I'm being overly cautious, but last time I wasn't and then I couldn't run for 6 months! I should do a S&H rotation next. Enjoy your workouts. :)

Judy ~ Oh...how fun, Mexico!! :) You'll be so relaxed when you come home! Are you having Thanksgiving? Bummer about the yoga class. Will she teach at a different time?

Wendy ~ How funny...I'm doing GLS floor! :) enjoy your weekend away!! I lol'd when I read about your "mom" and "mind" typo..Guess your mom was on your mind. :)

Wendi ~ Sorry about the bowling night! :( lol'd about your eating anythiing not nailed down. :D

Cathy ~ Well, I put two 50 min sessions on the EXT and no numbness. Yeah! ;) (think Buddy). What number was that iClimb anyway? He does have a nice voice. :) Yes, definitely will keep you ladies posted about my mil. I appreciate all the thoughts and prayers for her.:) I want to run...where's Lorie's tantrum girl. this weekend...for sure. I tried a new chiro/massage place. He does the stairs where we go. :) However, that's not how I found him, that was a coincidence. Did it get cold by you though? It did here! What a change? Enjoy your run later.

Jackie ~ I somehow missed your post y-day . :( Simultaneously posting. Nice workouts! I don't normally forget to eat...like I said to Christine, my "to do" list is a little overwhelming, but it will all get done.

Karen ~ Sounds like you and the girls had a great time y-day. I love stuff like that too. :) Good job on the 4 miles.

Well, time to finish so I can work on that "to do" list.

"Christine...I have been to Hawaii (it was when I was 18!!), I just have always wanted to go again but DH is a wimp about flying. You are a sweetie for getting the cakes in Napa. Are there hotels close to your condo? Now my other sister might be going to celebrate my 50th. Way to go with that long mish mosh. I am proud you did int 9 with Imax2!!! Sorry about the tough work day..."

Carole ~ I'll go to Hawaii with you!!! :D ;) My dh won't fly and certainly could never get him on an 8 hour flight! How cool your Dsis is now coming!!

Christine ~ That IS sweet of you to get a cake or did I read "cakes"! ha ha:eek:

Hiya cheetahs! It's a beautiful and unseasonably warm day here in southern PA:D Had a very nice relaxed pace 5 mile run this morning:)
Yesterday I got caught up on quite a bit of household chores I'd been procrastinating on... feeling good now:D Also got in HIS/LIS plus Chest/Back and shoulders from 4DS.. whew! later today I'll tackle BC/ Bis and Tris:)

Jackie- Thanks for your unfailing cheerful encouragements! I bet you have a reputation for being always sweet and even tempered! Looks like we're both doin the 4DS thing.... today is Bi/Tri!

Dallas- Nice to have a handle on what specific muscle seems to be giving you problems. A good massage should have done wonders I imagine. Count me in as one of those who has problems with my feet going numb on the EXT. I haven't really found a way around it yet either! I can only go for about 3o minutes before having to take a break to restore the circulation! Are you going to be running the Napa marathon too BTW?

Carole- LOL about needing to be more of a blonde!! Hey, I'm not the only pansy in my household. My "vicious" pitbull Spanky WILL NOT go outside at night unless one of us goes with her to protect her. (She's afraid of the dark) And if it's raining? Fugetaboutit!! I have to force sugarbritches out the door... she doesn't like getting her delicate paws wet! Thanks very much for the encouragement on my weekly mileage. I will hit 50 this week and then will start seriously tapering! OMG.... you actually used an iPod during your run yesterday!!!! I thought you were a purist about running without such things!!! So, how did you like it?

Christine- Your poor DH! If he is dealing with Hep C it must be difficult at times with his hectic travel schedule. Thinking of you enduring an ER visit now but you are so very right to drag him in there! Hope they can pin it down quickly. Please update us!!! Very nice workout yest... IMAX and PH.... I'm gonna remember that one!

Karen- Glad I could be of some small help to you in terms of reassurance. Glad your calf is still doing well. Hope you have a terrific soccer weekend.
Wendi- My oh my you sure can be hard on yourself!! But, as I do the same thing myself I can hardly get on your case too much about that! Anyway, I'm willing to bet that others you bowl with don't think your game is so off!! Hope you have a great riding day.

Cathy- Love those bouncing green smilies this morning! Awwww.... I don't know about being tough... likely I'm really just more pigheaded!!! Wow, you'll have had a nice stretch off! I hope you've managed to catch up on your enless mountain of tasks/homework some. Today is absolutely beautiful weather in our section of the country indeed... perfect for a morning run!

Wendy- I can feel your excitement there cutiepie!! You have a great workout planned and should set you up and charge you for a fun weekend!!

Judy- Sorry you are losing your fav yoga instructor. I'm surprised there were so few students. I thought Yoga was popular. Happy Anniversary!!! In about 1.5 yrs my DH and I turn silver also. Hopefully, by then we can afford a nice trip also. You must be so excited!!!!! I'm boycotting iTrains because of their drastic price increases. I didn't prepay any kind of resolution deal or anything so i have no credits to use up.

That about catches me up I believe. Hi to other cheetahs who haven't checked in yet.

Hi Gloria and Posh!

Linda- how is your daughter?

gotta go.... today will be alot of painting!!!

Good Afternoon Cheetahs. :)

Been busy with housework, laundry and the like. I am sippin' a cup o' java while posting. Once I'm done here I'm off to do the GSL floor work and hit the shower. I want to pack DS things up for the weekend but it seems his clothes are taking FOREVER to dry  so I might as well get other things done while I am waiting....

Christine: (((Hugs))) My DH had severe pain in one side several years back and it ended up being kidney stones. Either way I hope it's something that can be treated pretty easily. Your poor DH. For your sake, I hope he didn't put up too much of a fuss about going to the ER. When my DH was in pain with the kidney stones, he had me call 911. I didn't know how to get to the hospital in this area (had never been there) and he WANTED to go!!!!

Shelly: Procrastinating on housework, you say? I know how that is!!!! LOL Glad you got it out of the way. :)

Dallas: I went to see my mom y'day evening so perhaps that's why I made that typo. LOL Enjoy GSL floor work today! :)

Judy: Oooooh! Enjoy your Mexico trip and HAPPY ANNIVERSARY! Have fun!!!!!:D:D:D I'm glad the coffee knocked out the sweet craving for you. That will work for me sometimes...when I bother to try it! These days I tend to give into to sweet cravings waaaay too easily.

Carole: I never liked the ear buds that came with the IPODS either. There are a ton of things to choose from. I'm sure you'll find something you find comfortable. I am off to Atlantic City with the girls for a weekend of fun. We'll do some gambling, eating, drinking, dancing, etc! YEAH! I'm psyched! I just want to go go go already but we aren't leaving until atleast 4pm. BUMMER!

Okay, well I think that catches me up! I'm off to knock out GSL floor work. I'll probably be back in between laundry and packing. We aren't leaving for another 3 hours atleast it seems.....*sigh*

Afternoon, cheetahs!

Wendi—I’m sooooo glad, too. J Love having a few days to spread out my work AND relax some, too…Doubt those calories will stick to a teeny tiny cheetah like you! And BTW, my remedy for your deteriorating mental game is the same as the one for Wendy’s throat. LOL

Wendy—nope, just yesterday and today, and yes indeed, it is a beautiful thing. J I do like oldies as a matter of fact—just don’t find the pump factor in that particular remix. Enjoy your gym session.

Judy—my weekend includes relaxation, little bit of work, chores, and get-togethers with friends. I’d considered the laces possibility before, but that's not it for me on EXT. Not sure why it happens, but when it does, I just ignore it, or if it’s too unbearable, I cut off the session. It happens sometimes when I run, too. Just seem to have a little issue with the one foot. Who knows?...I have a neti pot. It was a little bit of a challenge to get used to it. I really should resume using it regularly. I do think it helped. Mexico for your anniversary sounds fabulous!

Carole—I do understand not wanting to get hooked on running with the iPod. I leave it at home occasionally myself. Sometimes it’s good to get out there and just be. :)

Christine—Poor DH! I hope he’s OK…thanks for your support on the OD. I should probably not read those types of threads, so I’m not discouraged.

Dallas—what is GA? I know it’s going to wind up being something really obvious. LOL...WOO-HOO! Great that you had no numbness…I think it was #33?...No, it’s not cold at all here—it’s nearly 70. Just kind of dark and overcast. Hope you make great progress with your to-do list. I sure hope your MIL feels well enough to enjoy the holidays this year. You’ve all been through so much. Big (((HUGS)))…P.S. I believe that was CAKES—plural. J I take note of these things.

Shelly—it always feels so good, doesn’t it, to knock out a bunch of stuff?...LOL about your “vicious sugarbritches.” The endless mountain is really not bad right now. After last week, it calmed quite a bit, thankfully. It comes in waves. J Happy painting! Oh and yes, I am sure you are tough as they come. No sugarbritches for you!

I enjoyed a great 5 mile run this morning with just the lightest mist of rain the whole way. Is there anything that makes you feel more alive than a good, solid run in the fresh air? Ahhhh.

Hello Girls.

I'm just sittin' here waitin' for my clothes to dry so I can pack. Everything else is taken care of. DH and DS just left for MIL's house as well.

I haven't heard from BFF so I have to assume she's spent ALL DAY at the court house. I think the courts close at 4 though so if she IS still there then she only has 50 minutes to go....She's gonna be bouncin' off the walls on the ride down to AC...I can see it now!:p:D

Cathy: Glad you had a great run in the mist. Today wasn't even an option for an outdoor run for me with DS home with me. Oh well. Glad you have some hang time with friends planned. Have some fun and think of me if you crack open a CL between today and Sunday! ;)

I guess that's all for now....better go check on the clothes! This is my last post before leaving unless I finish packing and have time before BFF gets here...

Have a great weekend girls!

I'll be back Sunday!:D

Hey everyone. Our network has been down again! They have finally got it up and running (for how long….who knows!?)

Thanks, everyone for the well wishes regarding DD. She is feeling better, at the moment! :)

Christine – Hmmm! I wonder if my DVD does that? I will have to try.

Wendi – That is a good idea with the two DVD’s!

Cathy – Sorry your letters for your name fell off! At least next year, you will know to iron them on! Your run in the mist sounds wonderful! Great job on your 5 miles! Thanks for your advice! I will definitely refrain from lower body this week! Hope your knees start feeling normal! I will have to try Buddy’s iClimb! Thanks for the info on it! I can just download Ala Carte, I guess, until I decide to renew!

Wendy – I hope you enjoy your weekend! I hope everything goes smoothly so you can get everything done early!

Judy – So far today, DD is doing well! Thanks for asking! That will so nice to go to Mexico for your 25th! It will be so nice for you not to have outside distractions and to be able to get some RR and spend some time with your DH! Sorry about your yoga teacher! That is a shame :(

Carole – Thanks for the advice, once again! :) I will definitely stay away from lower body! (at least til next week!) ;) Good job on your 4.5 and S&H! I forgot to tell you congrats on you additional pound wt loss! So, belated Congrats!

Christine – Glad he made it home safe and sound, but I am really sorry about the pain! I hope all is well! Ouch! Is the pain high, up under his ribs?

Dallas - Good job on your EXT workouts! My foot used go numb with the EXT, but lately it has stopped. My legs are actually feeling really good! (so far!)

Shelly – My DD is feeling pretty good today! Thanks for asking! It was really nice and warm here today, but it is clouding up and we are supposed to get rain! I am glad you got to get in a nice run!

Last night I ran 3 miles and did BBC Arms and Shoulders and Back. It felt so good! I have missed BBC a lot! The running felt great, too!

Hi to everyone!

Linda
