Good morning, everyone!
Night two of insomnia here...but I'll take advantage of the time to catch up with my cheetahs:

Brighton—great to hear that easing back into your running has been working for ya and that all is well on the homefront. Thanks re: NBs!
Posh—I hear you on the instructors that yack just a biiiit too much. Good point about the Garmin discrepancies. Come sub for me? Sure! You will love little Aiight. *lol*
Shelly—*lol* Only you would bust out BM2 Boot Camp after running 26.2.
I seriously think you oughta consider an ultra. It’s so YOU!...My headache is quite mild at this point, so it’s more or less back to good now…It’s funny you say that b/c the NB work is really what led me to pursue the marathon sooner rather than later. As I explained to people who asked, National Boards is essentially the marathon of teaching, a real test of endurance, and talking about it like that put the seed in my head to go ahead & conquer the distance. I’m not sure I could say which one is harder. But I’m grateful for what both have taught me.
Jackie—yeah, it’s a bummer that they happen more frequently now, but I know that some people get them far worse, or theirs last for a week! Usually in two days, I am back to a good place. Ann Taylor on the chopping block??? HORRORS! I hope not! Great workout, as usual.
Christine—oh my goodness! How awful about Jimmy getting attacked. I’m glad he’s relatively fine, if just a little scratched and shaken. Almost think folks should have to take a test or mandatory training before being allowed to have a pet.
Carole—American Gangster *is* long. Still missed the beginning. I could not believe that Richie later became a defense attorney and represented Lucas!! Would like to read up some more on the case. Congratulations on completing the packing. It’s good to be done, but as Christine said, probably also bittersweet. Guess it ‘tis the season to be more patient with those who try our nerves, huh? Awesome 18 after the stair workout!
Linda—I think the stress from the week surely brought it on. Hear, hear on the short week!
Judy—sounds like you are making good progress with all that you have going on.
Wendy—sorry to hear your computer bit the dust but glad you are back in action & happy again. I have Vista on the laptop I bought last spring and have been quite pleased. No issues here. That B&G premix is wicked in the worst way. As of yesterday, I still had some faint DOMS.
Hi to Gloria, Dallas, Wendi, Karen, and anyone else I'm inadvertently missing.
We have a full afternoon of conferences again but not quite as late, so this evening, I look forward to the TM/EXT/k'box circuit I'd intended to do on Sunday instead of the yoga that's on the rotation for today.
Hope everyone has a fantastic Tuesday!
