    Do both Legs and Glutes and Leaner Legs have floor work? I've always heard that floor work is the best for saddlebags.

    I'm also just finishing Slow & heavy (love it!!) and saw a visible difference. I'd be interested in hearing Cathe's opinion on your new rotation - - it looks good to me but I wonder if it's enough weights??

    Floor work vs. standing legs

    I would also be interested in an answer to this question. I often wonder if I can do floor leg work and standing leg work back to back or if floor is considered weights and I should skip a day.
