    Question for SNM re: Pre-Sale

    Hi. I was wondering if the new workouts, especially Intensity, will be higher impact (even in short bursts). I'm an apt dweller and was very disappointed that the STS Cardio workouts were very 'jumpy'. I don't want to further alienate neighbors.... Thanks.

    Lurker weighing in... 1) Mornings 5:30am; Evenings 7pm 2) 6 days, usually Tuesday - Sunday 3) a. MORE CATHE, OF COURSE! Rebounding also. b. CATHE! 4) 60 minutes (commercials reduce the length anyway) 5) Less "spa finder"-type programs. :P
