    Hi! I'm new to this board and Cathe. I have PS, SH, Pyramid Upper and Lower, with PH, MIS, Body Max on the way. How do I rotate and modify these? I am 57 years old, 300 lbs, but down from 345 lbs., been doing stationary bicycle 30 min 5X and play volleyball at a pretty high level 3X. TIA...
