    30 lb. Concentration Curls I wanted to see how the bicep workout was Friday. 30 lb. concentration curls would be quite an accomplishment. I am up to doing 20 and 25 lbs. now. You are an inspiration. Anybody else doing 30 lb. curls? WOW, that seems hard to even think about. One day I guess.

    You are a real inspiration! I love to hear about the Y Cybex machines. That is something to be proud of. I thought I read in a previous post that you were up to 25 lb. concentration curls with a goal of 30 lbs. Very impressive! Have you made your goal?

    My hubby loves Kickbox Xpress!!

    STRONGER THAN DH? Thats a great question DebbieH. My DH does not workout and I have been serious for a little over a year now. I don't think he could do the push-ups that I do or the 20-25 pound dumbell curls. I would love to hear if anyone else thinks this is the case for them.

    RE: Thanks Cathe...ouch I to supplement the tapes with regular free weight sessions at the gym. I have really seen progress with this extra work. Kristin or anyone else, can you share some of your gym routines (exercise - weight used). I would like hear some different programs to compare...
