    just did my first Cathe workout: MIS

    I just did MIS yesterday and loved it. I have been using the Firm for years, and I don't anticipate stopping, since I really love the Firm. I have 3 Cathe tapes now: MIS, Body max, and Circuit Max. Does anyone integrante Cathe and the Firm? If so, how do you use them together?
