    Suggestions? - Upper Body Split

    The workout sounds great as outlined. It really doesn't matter to me if it's full pyramid, reverse pyramid, whatever. I'm sure you'll make it fun and challenging.

    Suggestions? - Lower Bosy Split

    I agree that the format you propose sounds PERFECT! My only request would be to please include a couple sets of step-ups in the standing leg work. They do such great things for the glutes!

    Suggestions? - Cardio and Weights

    I love the idea of cycling upper body and lower body weight work with the cardio. I'd like to be able to use this workout as a total body day since you are also releasing the upper and lower body splits.
