I'd love that too! I've done insanity 2 summers ago and it was great but insanely challenging. Thinking of mixing that with Sts later when I need a variety from Cathe's workouts.

I haven't tried it but I was just thinking maybe you could skip leg routine and squeeze legs in with your cardio routine on weekdays? Like HiiT where there's a lot of jumps and legwork? Just a thought. And anything is better than nothing :)
