I would be grateful if an MET value were added to each Live workout. That tells me most of what I need, since I'm mostly interested in calorie burn.......:)
Does anyone have a recommendation for a bra or top for size DD cup? I need something with extra strength to avoid the "bouncies", which are very aggravating:mad: when I'm doing all those jumps, etc. in Cathe's step videos.
Would love to download some of Cathe's workouts, but I didn't Windows 7 as one of the workable operating systems? Just want to be sure I didn't misunderstand something. :(
