    Spinnig Shoes in Cycle Videos

The thing you'll want to look out for is hard, stff, soles, yes. I bought a pair of biking shoes (for outside) that were really spinning shoes, and they were really only sneakers with cleats built in. Not good for riding outside, and I don't think even really good for spinning. I still use them...

changing direction all the time, games like tennis and raquetball, dribbling for soccer...I always assumed I was good at that because I am shorter and have a low center of gravity and that made me more agile? Even though I'm short and built kinda of powerful-ish, I still think I have more of...

    X-Train weight gain question?

ANother thing that I've been suspecting for me...it just seems easier for me to gain both muscle and strength than it did years ago. I don't know if it's from years of working out (off and on), or if age and metabolism changes have anything to do with it. I think my body type is fairly...

    Cathe, 1" risers possibly?

Hi Cathe! I used to use 2 risers on some of the easier step tapes, but my left knee isn't having that anymore, and I go down to one rier, but one riser is just not enough of a workout sometimes. Would you consider making and selling 1" risers? I think my left kneec ould handle a total...
