    Nov. Butt Rotation Check In

    I haven't checked in for a few days but I have followed the rotation. I broke down and bought a weighted vest and love it. I substituted crossfire for to the max. I only have two kick box work outs (4DS and Kickmax) so I will have to substitute those more.

    I had to make yesterday my rest day and did Kickmax today. It was great because I was out of town and didn't need equipment. It has been a long time since I did this workout. I bet I look goofy doing the punch combos. Tomorrow will be flex train and I will be back on track with the rotation...

    Nov. Butt Rotation Check In

    Did B&G last night. I really love that workout even though I was sore from the walking lunges. Those lunges were tough but it woke up some muscles that must have been in hibernation. Today will need to be my rest day because of my schedule (Yippee!) and tomorrow will be Kickmax.
