    Thanks, just did my cd#5..sore but good sore. I am trying to increase carefully since weights trigger my myofascial syndrome on my back but so far so good. I am looking forward to week three.

    I just did my first week of STS, I keep my legs for end of week when I am just doing legs and nothing else since my legs are tired from lots of cardio from the week. I do M,T upper then rest (sort of, teach yoga and cardio w,th) then do legs on friday, this allows me to rest during the weekend...
