    I have done the high rep/low weight workouts...my legs do slim down, but my butt is really stubborn! I will check out Turbo Barre, I have never tried this. Thanks!

    You got that right! Thanks for your reply. I know tht one of my weaknesses is my eating. I generally eat healthy, but I love bread! this is something I need to work on. I find it hard sometimes trying to figure out what to eat to replace the bread I always seem to reach for.

    Thanks for the warm welcome! I will definately look into those DVD's! I di read though that the Pylo leg can make your legs bigger which is something i definately don't want..is this true?
