I want to strength train twice a week so I want to do my total body..
What video or videos would you recommend? I am doing cardio the other three to four days a week. Thank you :)
Does Cathe have a workout that is approximately 30 minutes long and not a step DVD? I am short on time lately so 30 mins. is all I can spare for cardio.
