    New to Kettlebell...

    Which one of Cathe's DVD's uses kettlebells? I would like to start using one since my friend has had amazing results using them at the YMCA, but I would like to use one at home. Any thoughts?

    back after a year of injury & laziness...

    How much weight do you use...more or less than Cathe?

    When working out with Cathe, do you find you are using about the same weight as her or significantly less? Have you found that the amount you can lift goes up quickly or does it take over several months for this to happen? Just curious if I am just a wimp....(lol)....I am just getting started...
