I have not done S&H yet, but Gym Styles has really done wonders with my triceps, legs, and chest. Sometimes I feel like it helps to build muscles as well as keep your heart rate up enough to burn fat.

Hello. I'm new to Cathe as well, but I've been doing the videos since February.
I'm all sorts of crazy because I went straight into the Gym Style Series. I am looking for a great ab video. Any suggestions?
