    i did that one last night! first one i tried (just got it this week). it seemed deceptively easy, but definitely felt it afterwards longer than i would have thought based on how easy it was to pick up all the moves.

    i have the firm's 'fanny lifter' step. it has two sections, one is 8" and one is 6". i dont use the dvds anymore but i use the step and bar all the time. may be a cheaper option for you if that matters.
