Ebay Blues
This happened to me once...I know it makes ya mad}( I filed a claim through paypal and they tried to get my money back but I only got back $4.50 out of a $35.00 purchase. I haven't really bought much from ebay since then. If neither of these work I would definately do what Anne said and file...- beckdawn
