Turbulence Training does have laid out workout programs (lots of them) that are anywhere from 4 week programs to 12 week programs. Those programs are downloadable files...not hard copy books. It was very easy to print out the different programs. He provides the worksheets and everything...

My suggestion would be to look into Turbulance Training by Craig Ballentine (not sure if I spelled the last name right or not). Either that or the book New Rules of Lifting by Lou Schuler and Alwyn Cosgrove. These resources in my opinion have some of the best workout programs out there...
