    Tracey's New Workouts - Sweatfest

Yeah...I forgot about the warmup issue. It was really poor in my opinion. Especially when she had you doing those high kicks as a warmup exercise...HUH???? That is a pulled hamstring waiting to happen. I too am a big Powerstrike 1 and 2 fan, along with all of Cathe's kickbox stuff...this in...

    Tracey's New Workouts - Sweatfest

I ordered the Cardio and Sculpt DVD's. I haven't done the sculpt yet, but I did just finish up with the Kickboxing portion of the cardio dvd. I have to say that I wasn't that impressed. I thought alot of her combos, especially when they combined arms and legs were not put together very...

    Post-P90X Suggestions for Men

Turbulence Training does have laid out workout programs (lots of them) that are anywhere from 4 week programs to 12 week programs. Those programs are downloadable files...not hard copy books. It was very easy to print out the different programs. He provides the worksheets and everything...

    Post-P90X Suggestions for Men

My suggestion would be to look into Turbulance Training by Craig Ballentine (not sure if I spelled the last name right or not). Either that or the book New Rules of Lifting by Lou Schuler and Alwyn Cosgrove. These resources in my opinion have some of the best workout programs out there...

    Neighbors and dog terrorism, venting

Oh my gosh...that is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Have you tried talking to the neighbors about it??? My guess is you probably have and they have been less than eager to correct the situation...but just thought I'd throw the question out there. I can't even imagine living in fear that you could at...

    Pudding - "a clean food"?

RE: Pudding - It's not "clean" per se, but I too am known to "indulge" in a little sugar free/fat free jello pudding made with skim milk after dinner as well. I figure my dessert choice could be ALOT worse so I don't sweat it. I'd go absolutely nuts if I had to cut out everything that seemed...

Is your school in the NCAA Tournament?

I'm in the Mechanicsville area...not a big fan of the 'ville though :D . I grew up in the West End. Have you lived here all your life??? Deni

tpf, I went to VCU as well!!! I live in the Richmond area too...it's always fun to realize that people on these boards could actually be your neighbor :D !! Hopefully VCU does well...they are known to crack under pressure though :( . Deni

    Criminal Minds TV show

Last nights episode was some of the best tv I've seen in a really long time!!! It was gripping...and terrifying. It's funny, I'm a huge Dawson's Creek fan (don't laugh...heehee), and I've gotten hooked on it again as they run all of the episodes on TBS (I think??) every morning, so I've been...

    I swear.....

Another one here sticking up for Justin. I love his two new songs, with the newest one (not the Sexy Back one...My Love) being my all time favorite song. That song ROCKS!! I may be in the minority, but I think he's a great musician. I don't hold it against him that he was in a cheesy boy...

One mixed breed... now a pure breed?

In my opinion if you are going to have kids coming in and out on a regular basis I would be very cautious about picking a breed with the description you provided. You're going to want something with a very stable and friendly personality. In regards to Pug's I've heard (I have no personal...

A friend of mine just sent this to me...VERY FUNNY!!

RE: A friend of mine just sent this to me...VERY FUNNY!... Adri...unfortunately I can tell you it never really gets easier, at least for me. I still get a bit embarrased when I have to purchase the "pink package" :7 !! And I wholeheartedly agree with that marketing strategy of the brown...

Very sad. Anna Nicole's son dies as new baby is born.

OMG...that is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I'm sitting here with chills going up and down my body from reading that. I can't even fathom how she's getting through all of this. What a terrible terrible tragedy. Deni

In regards to the post on too many bathrooms...

I'ts been interesting to read the reply's to my "inner thoughts" :D . I hope people didn't take my post as a slight towards people that have the things I mentioned...like I said I just kind of wrote down the inner dialogue I was having to MYSELF...that's all. I, like many, have become very...

So I had my personal training session Saturday

LOL...too funny!!! Yeah from this description of your experience I would have to agree with the dink assessment:D :D . He obviously didn't listen to you, and ultimately that is a sign of a REALLY bad trainer. He must not have been too eager to potentially make any more money by trying to wow...

A friend of mine just sent this to me...VERY FUNNY!!

Dear Kotex: I recently noticed that the peel-off strip of my pantiliner had a bunch of "Kotex Tips for Life" on it. Annoying advice such as: * Staying active during your period can relieve cramps. * Avoiding caffeine may help reduce cramps and headaches. * Drink 6-8 glasses of water a...

In regards to the post on too many bathrooms...

I haven't posted my thoughts on the original thread...but I have been following it. The message behind it has gotten me thinking about my "middle America" type of consumerism. My DH and I are not in an income bracket to even allow us the opportunity to become accustomed to a house big enough...
