    Suggestions for a quick workout

    Does any one have some suggestions for a quick workout? I am finding that I have less and less time to work out yet still want to burn some calories and maintain muscle mass. Can all this be done, say, in a 20 minut time frame? Thanks

    Building Muscle Mass

    Wondering most efficient way to build muscle mass using free weights. Is it better to try and lift the heavier weight amounts a few times or do more repetitions with lighter weights?
