    different ab exercises

    I am posing this question to anyone...:) I am interested in learning new ab exercises that do not involve lying on the floor. I am pretty consistent with 3-4 minutes daily now of crunches and reverse crunches, etc., but sometimes I just don't feel like lying on the floor! I don't own a ball...
