    resistance band sticking together

    Does anyone else have this problem? Whenever I use it in such a way that it comes toghther - such as the tricep pull downs in 4DS - when I go to pull it apart to do kickbacks, it's so stuck together that it almost feels like it'll rip trying to get it apart. Is there any way to fix this?
