Cathe. I started your 2005 bootcamp rotation yesterday, . . yes I'm sore, . .but the good kind. My question is should I be eating more calories (clean eating of course) if I'm increasing my workouts to the recommended 2 hours 6 days a week? Thanks in advance:-) I usually eat five meals a day.

I would love to see Cathe release a video series that has a 5 day rotation. One work out for each day 3 hard cardio, 2 all weight, and one yoga, pilates, stretch. One video for Monday through Friday.
