    OMG!! MY WHOLE BODY....

    circuit or just straight cardio?

    I need you girls expert advice! Today I ate a little too much, and I'm feeling kinda full and stressed out. Which would be a better fat and calorie burner? A circuit workout from the terminator or hardcore extreme, or one of the Imax? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks girls! TLC

    Hi Debbie, I have a question on your Muscle Building and cardio rotation. On week 2 you have us doing Pure strength upper body 3 sets each, for example back and biceps 3 sets of everything. Does that mean to do all the exercises 3x? Thanks for your time, love, love, your rotations! TLC

    Splitting up cardio?

    Today on my rotation I'm suppose to do Cardio & Weights step only, and then all step cardio only and then step blast #1 premix. Which is about 90-95 min. If I am short on time would it hurt to split these up during the day? Or is it better to do it all at once? Thank you for any suggestions! Lori
