I LOVE BC! :) I did this one on Saturday, after not having done it for at least 2 or 3 months and I have some nice DOMS going on! I agree with you about the "having-to-hurl" thing, though...I had that feeling after doing the terminator squat-thrust climbers!! I always forget just how hard...

I absolutely LOVE this one too, as well as Endurance for Movement...as a matter of fact, I've got the other 2 on order now. :) Something about Better Burn Better Buns, though, that just all comes together...great workout! :)
