I agree with everybody else (and "hi, Tammy!")....I just LOVE this workout and believe it is VERY challenging...you'll even get a good workout using one of the premixes. :)

I originally bought those 1-pound loop-around hand weights at Target and they worked okay, but I bought the "Yoga Burn" kit at Target also which included some great gloves...they're actual gloves and you add little weights in the pockets (in 1/4-pound increments, up to 1-1/2 pounds each hand)...
