Hi delfin! This is something I constantly struggle with, but I just think how I feel afterwards. I always tell myself that its not worth it because afterwards I feel guilty and fat. I hate that feeling! Of course were are human so a major binge does happen once in a while, but I agree with...

    Which DVD to buy next?

Hey Becky, Personally I would go for HSTA. I can't get enough of this workout. Its a major sweatfest and I really feel as if I have "worked out" after I finish. It keeps moving...high energy but thats what I love about it. It never gets old and continues to kick my butt everytime I pop it...

    Body Max

Can anyone tell me what Cathe's "oldie but goodie" workout Body Max is like? It looks really long (about 90 minutes) so I was hoping someone could give me an idea of how it is set up and the intensity level of the workout. Thanks for your help! Liz

    I ordered PUB/PLB

Cindy, I love this workout...particularly the PUB because it doesn't use the barbell. I just find the dumbells much more fun and easy to use, not to mention that you don't have to adjust the weight all the time. Have fun! Liz P.S. There is also a PUB/PLB Bonus Combo workout on the DVD...

Hey Kathy, I have the exact same problem, that is until I discovered Gap's Curvy Line of pants. They are amazing. I no longer have to wear belts to scrunch in the waist of my pants and my pants don't gap in the back any longer. The fit is amazing and Gap pants last forever. You should...

Interesting question...I've always wondered this too. Usually I just tack on a day of circuit training (Cardio and Weights, HSTA, HSC) to get the best of both worlds.

What to do tonight - HSTA?

tygra, I wouldn't attempt HSTA on low energy. You need all you can muster to get through that workout --- it kicks my butt every time! What other workouts do you have? HSC (High Step Challenge) is certainly less intense than HSTA but it also is a bit on the easy side. Do you want more cardio...

    premixes and chapters the difference

sharona, The premixes are just shortened versions of the workout. Some exercises were cut out to save time. The chapters allow you to create your own workout. The chapters are basically (this is harder to explain than I thought) like chapters in a book except that these chapters pertain to...
