    Suggestion, Take it or Leave it ;)

    Actually, if I remember correctly, Rhonda isn't really that tall. Compared to the others, she does look "tall". I think the tallest one is 5'1" or 5'2". Rhonda is only about 5'4", I think.

    do you keep a food journal? and if so what type of journal do you keep?

    I've kept a food journal on and off for a number of years. I recently started one again. I keep track of calories, carbs, protein, and fat because I try to maintain 15% fat, 25% protein, 65% carbs, and roughly 1400-1500 calories.
