....the write-up of all the other new videos Cathe has in the works? The 3-Day split, etc. I thought it was stickied at the top of one of the forum pages, but now I can't seem to find it. I also couldn't seem to locate anything in the blog. Can someone point me in the right direction...

Trust me - no one is more inept than me when it comes to step moves, but I DO eventually get them.
You will, too. Keep plugging away. :-)
I really need to win the lottery so I can replace all my VHS tapes with DVDs.
Too bad I don't play the lottery. LOL
Oh, and yes, Lisaspeed - get the DVD. ;-)
I was going to purchase it, but I see that it's only 11 in. x 25 in., whereas the regular, original step is 14 in. x 40 in. That stinks. I've been wanting an original step for some time now, and this would have been my excuse to buy one.

I've never heard of this before, so I checked out his site.
Wow - that is very cool stuff! It'd be great to have something like this for when I ride my stationary bike. :-)
Yep. They are a colossal waste of $$$$$$$.
They're all the same, and no matter how much the bloviate about "loving your body," they constantly feature skinny models with no shape and zero muscle tone. Bastards. x( x(
Oh, I will say that I did subscribe to Looking Good for a while...
