I was thinking about getting some wireless headphones so I could enjoy working out to Cathe or on my treadmill with the music loud and without disturbing my kids. Does anyone use these? If you have used them, can you tell me about your experiences with them. Any product recommendations...

I don't know if this will apply to you but when I use to get headaches during/after a workout, I finally figured out that I had been holding my breath a lot during the workout. HTH Alli
