    I do increase my calories, by 100-200 a day when I'm building muscle. It's very hard to build muscle without an increase in calories. I also try to split my increase between carbs and protein cause you do need carbs to help build muscle as well as protein.

    I can only imagine 25mbps at this point. Its been over 2.5 years since I had anything faster than 25mbps. We are hoping to get 75-100mpbs which will seem so freaking fast after having 3mbps.

    Good work! I'm, over the summer, gonna get back into step. I use to LOVE it, but after a few years of not doing it, I attempted one of Cathe's easier steps workouts, and quit after about 10 min of getting lost. One goal for me this summer is to do one of her step workouts mostly getting it right.
