    Turbo Jam

    Yes, I have all of the Turbo Jam and I like the new ones the best. I love the Fat Blaster, it has four turbos, I do it twice for a great sweat, This morning I did Cardio Party 3 and Leaner Legs. Tomorrow I will do the Fat Blaster and PUB. It is a fun way to add cardio to my workouts.

    CIA Workouts

    Some of them are great, I like Kickbox Bootcamp, Awesome Intervals, Strenght Tool box, Mindy Mylrea is a great instructor, her workouts are very tough similar to Cathe but of course she has a different style she is more athletic. I also like Step It Strong with Kelly Roberts just to name a few.
