    August 05' Rotation: Boot Camp

    I like the Bootcamp Rotation, but I like to workout to a DVD instead of doing all those push ups and lungens solo. And I don't like running so I am modifying it, I think that instead of run I will do and Imax or HCE workout.

    August Rotation Check in 08/10

    Hi Ladies, KPC and the stability ball section of PLB felt very easy compared to Bootcamp2X. I was feeling the effect of bootcamp this morning, but today workout was great! I am looking forward to doing HSC tomorrow, I love that workout! Keep up the work!

    August Rotation - Tuesday, 8/9

    Hi Ladies, I did it too, Bootcamp2x, it is easier than it sounds, it was scary to think about it, but the second time was easier than the first, it felt faster, so it is done, now I will probably be tired by 8:00pm we will see.
