    What size stability ball for someone 5'5 tall ?

    Did Core Max on Fit TV...It kicked my butt.....

    You will be glad........there is one part where you sit indian style, and try to levitate....there is no hope for me on that one, I cant do it, but the rest I can, but it really works you good. I cant wait till I go back to work, so I can order some DVD's, instead of the Fit TV versions.

    Educated crowd - Advice please...

    I have Lo Max on TIVO off of fit tv.....I love it! I am pretty new to step, and it is not that difficult to learn the moves. I would like to have the full version....It really gets my heart rate up with a 6 in step ( I dont have 8 yet). Good luck! Joanna

    I really like KPC...and tae bo. My friend bought on of those wave freestanding kickboxing bags, and it is so much more fun using that. They are about $100-$150 at sporting goods stores or Karate supply stores. I think it adds a lot to it. Just a suggestion. Keep up the good work! Joanna

    QUESTION ABOUT POSSIBLY OVERTRAINING....

    I only have 3-4 days a week to workout, but I have time to get in a cardio (boot camp, kick punch crunch, etc) and one weight session (pub, s&h, etc)together (one after the other). Do you think this is ok, or do you think it is overtraining? I have not had any pain, difficulty or any problems...

    Did anyone have really weak legs starting out?

    Thanks for all of your suggestions......I am going to stick with it, and just do what I can do until I get stronger. I would love to have Cathe's legs! I have lost about 18 lbs now, but have not seen any change in my legs yet, hopefully it will come soon. Thanks again guys! Joanna
