    Abs are an endurance muscle, unless your using weights, you should be able to do abs everyday. Just like pilates can be done everyday.

    I take echinasia/golden seal, 3 caps in morning and 3 at night. I get them at GNC they are together in one bottle. You should start to feel better the next day!! Just don't take them for longer than 2 weeks at a time.

    Thank you for the advice. That's very helpful. I eat a lot of fibrous carbs. It makes sense that it would cause irritation. I'm so sorry for your mother, that is a result i would rather avoid. Do you think cooking them would make a difference in your opinion? Bridget

    Thanks for the advice, that helps alot. My doctor does not seem to be helpful about diet either. I eat ezikial bread that is from the food for life brand at the health food store. I also read The Makers Diet. Ever hear of it. I just ordered some soil enzymes and probiotics. Bridget
