    Calories per day poll

    I do1500 calories - I'm still 2 pounds from goal weight. Then I plan to start adding in 100 calories extra a day when I'm at goal and see at what point I start to add. I've tried going lower and higher but 1500 I still lose .25-.5 pounds a week and have good energy.
