    Carole, My DD is also my best friend - how lucky we are! DOMs from BC yesterday (DD did BC this morning) so the two of us took a 3 mile walk together - great to catch up with what's going on in her life, since she lives 100 miles away. Have a happy 4th all!

    OK, since you brought up menapause, does Shaklee have anything for hot flashes? I have tried all the suggestions & still suffer from 6-8 (some full sweat:( ) flashes a day (not counting night sweats). I'll try anything at this point! Thanks! Susan
