Michele...so glad to hear abi\out MIL! Hope she's feeling better.
Due to feeling extremely tired and crampy.. I did no cardio Sat or Sun. I'd like to do some today, but I'm feeling kind of down/blue today so I have to get myself psyched up to do something later.

I absolutely eat two breakfast meals! I follow BFFM too and my schedule is something like this:
6:00 am..Breakfast
9:00 am Breakfast 2
12:00pm Lunch
3:00pm Lunch 2
6:00Pm Dinner

Ok.. I finally did my dreaded cardio! I was totally going to blow it off, but something just wouldn't let me!! I didn't want to have to report on the thread that I missed it...so LIS is done!!

There's not a lot of tricky step moves in the HS Circuit. More Leg press, and lunges. Small and easy step segments.

I really love this workout!!
Of course I hated the cardio sections (stays true to thread), but they were short and tolerable.
