    Do you really have to do an active rest week?

    I believe that I will take an active rest week. I upped my weight a little too and that has made me sore. I want to make sure I get out everything I can with this program. Thanks for the input. Jennifer

    reply I am actually in meso 1. I have added this on Sat. for additional drills. However, I moved legs meso 1 in the middle of the week, so that I would not overwork my legs. Yes, I think this is a circuit. I love it for additional add on.
