    Hi Angela! They're both tough. One way to up the intensity for cardio and weights is to do the workout on an 8' step instead of a 6' (that is if you haven't been doing this already). Both workouts are fun and work you hard! *Liz*

    Hey Marcy! I would say save your money and get a different workout instead. I constantly reach for HSTA more than I do HSC. And if you do have three of the cycles on the Hardcore Extreme DVD anyways, thats alread a majority of the workout right there. I think you could make a better...
