    hello, I just input my workouts into the workout manager calendar and it says Mets: with a number next to it, what does mets mean? I am not exactly sure. thanks!

    thank you for your feedback...I am planning to do it two days a week with High Step Circuit three days a week and push pull once...I just hope the Cardio Barre gives me a good burn.
