Who writes in a food Journal?... regularly

I use the Diet Minder Personal Food & Fitness journal. I write down everything I eat and track calories, fat, carbs, protein and fiber. The only times I don't get accurate counts is for a cheat meal, maybe once a week. It was what made the difference for me. I've lost 10 pounds since I...

    Which kickbox?

I personally feel the combos from Kick Max are way easier than KPC. Also, Kick Max has the leg conditioning drills that you could do first to see if some of the moves are going to bother your back.

    Quick Terminator Question!!!

Imax Extreme is my favorite of these 3 workouts. I make it pure cardio by just skipping through the compound weights segments. By doing that it is a killer!! The other 2 workouts are harder to modify like that.

    Girls Kick Butt Tshirt info....

    >I wear a small if I want a shirt snug. If I want it to fit >"normal" then I wear a medium and this shirt fits me >"normal"...not snug at all, just comfy with a some room to >spare...HTH. :-) So, Wendy....is your shirt an actual size or is it just one-size-fits-all like on the web site...

    Girls Kick Butt Tshirt info....

The size only says "one size fits all". I can't imagine that this shirt would fit "all"!! Maybe they should be more specific.

Might have better luck over here - help me choose!

Hi Marie! My votes would be for Terminator (I'm still recovering from IMAX Extreme this morning) and Leg & Glutes/KPC, mostly because I think both of these workouts are incredible!! What a fun, difficult decision to make!! I don't envy you!

    Choreography and Lowmax

I got most of it the first time, but there are a few moves that are more difficult or confusing to learn. If you are at all familiar with Cathe's step routines, you will have no trouble!

travel "pancake" question for you bffmers

RE: travel This recipe makes one big, fat pancake. Too much for me to eat for breakfast, so I will eat about half and pack the rest for a snack. I am going to experiment with making it smaller as well. I like Sarah's suggestion. But, it is yummy!!:)

    What are TLTs?????

Hi Marie! I just got mine yesterday, so plan to do one for the first time today. They definitely look fun, not at all Cathe-ish and deftinitely keepers!! I have all of her previous workouts produced under Tracie Long Productions and those are terrific workouts. No reason to believe these...

    Fitness Circle

Laurie, I have this Karen Voight and it seems to be a good routine. I've only done it once, but really felt the burn in my legs! http://www.karenvoight.com/store/dvd.asp?sku=TBTDVD

    First Impression: Supersets/Push Pull

I agree with Kathryn. Try the premixes. There are SO many options with this dvd. I rarely do these workouts "as is". I almost always do a premix.

    Those Hanes free underwear...

I have had no problems with them. I bought a 2-pack at Target in fun colors and they are holding up just fine. No holes and no shrinkage, even though I dry them in the dryer!

    P90x and Freestyle legs

Hi Tracy & Carole, I am planning on doing the same thing with my next P90X rotation. Sounds like it will take a bit more time, but will be worth it, I'm sure. I'm planning my rotation to finish in the late spring, once short & tank top weather returns to MT!!
