    Well I did Leaner Legs (minus the ab workout), then went right to doing The Bar Method "Designer Sculpting" which further worked the quads and especially the glutes. It also works the abs in a non-traditional way. It'll be interesting to see what my butt will feel like tomorrow! :7 Heidi
