    I too want to thank you for your personal training. I am a Navy Reservist and just scored an Outstanding (the highest level) on my physical fitness test. I did 95 sit-ups and 52 push ups-so I maxed those out in my age group. I did 1 1/2 miles in 13 minutes 10 seconds which for my age group...

    more cardio DVD's w/o step please

    As I posted on a previous post, I definately get a more intense workout without the step. The step kind of limits how fast you can go for safety reasons. Of course I still get an intense workout with the step, but the hi/low without a step is definately more intense. Eva

    Stomach cramps when doing anaerobic exercise

    Hi, Not Cathe, but a nurse. Carolyn is right. It could be muscle cramps and your body is dehydrated and calling for sodium and potassium. I would recommend gatorade. You should be sweating even if doing home exercise videos in an air conditioned room. Eva
