    My experience has been the exact opposite. My endurance level has gone up a lot! I can now combine a Runervals and Spinverals workout together and feel strong throughout the entire workout. This is a perfect example on how everyone is different.

    Hi Caren. The DOMS you get doing P90X is pretty intense. I would recommend attempting your workout tonight. Sometimes, it can actually lessen your DOMS.

    Hi Lynn. During phase 3 of the Lean rotation, I did the leg work only in L&B. During the back sections, I either ran on my rebounder or my treadmill. :-)
