A Chili's Crisis of Epic Proportions

A-Jock, Chili's actually sent me an email. It looks like you might be able to have your favorite dish customed made. Here's the contents of the email: We are sorry to hear of your displeasure when we removed the Veggie and Smoked Cheese Quesadillas from the menu. It is never an easy...

A Chili's Crisis of Epic Proportions

LOL, this is the funniest thread that I've read here. :-) I've never been to Chili's, so of course I've never heard of the quesadilla they're discontinuing, but I'll definitely go to their website and try to revive this dish for you. :-)

Our Cat was hit by a hit and run driver

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. Our pets do become part of our family and we love them very much. I know how much you are hurting right now. Also, what a thoughtful act these people did. It is so refreshing knowing that there are people in this world today who did what they did. Hugs,

    New Tae Bo Extreme

Hi Beverly. How exciting for your hubby. :-) Please tell your hubby that I truly appreciate all the hard work that he and the rest of the men and women who are serving in our military. I know it hard for you to let your hubby go. My dad was in the Marines and it was always hard when he...

    New Tae Bo Extreme

This workout is a lot different from the original Tae Bo workouts. Billy uses a step for some of the cardio section and he uses light weights during the toning section. I think Billy did a pretty darn good job incorporating the step.

    Aerobics with SI Joint problems

Hi Lisa. It was easier for me to just copy and paste the differences. I hope this helps. What is the difference between a ruptured disc and a herniated disc? A. Nothing. "Ruptured disc" and "herniated disc" are two names for the same thing. What is the difference between a herniated...

    Aerobics with SI Joint problems

My experience with epidurals. First, there's a good chance it will work for a bulging disc. Second, I found out the hard way that it doesn't work for a herniated disc.

can you do p90x in the gym?

Once you become familar with the routines, you can definitely do the strength workouts at a gym. The manual does describe each exercise used during each workout, so you could always take your manual with you to the gym.

Which Firm workouts do you still do?

I'm thrilled with the new BSS3 set. The two strength workouts are great and the cardio is good also. The only complaint I have is the cuing in Lisa's workouts.

    Breast Cysts

My first cyst was discovered when I was only 16 years old. I'm 47 now and it's still there, plus a few more. Right before my period, they are extremely painful. Staying away from caffeine hasn't helped my situation, nor has upping my intake of Vitamin E.

Has anybody tried Peanut Power Butter yet?

I love this stuff. I've been eating PPB for almost a year now. My favorite way to eat PPB is on a piece of toasted Milton bread, a bit of jam and honey. :-)

Daughter at college - never dreamed it would be so hard to say goodbye

Hi Robyn. I'm sending a great big cyber hug your way. I know how hard it is to drop your daughter off at college. I had to do this two years ago, and like you, it was so gut wrenching. What made it hard is that I forgot my wallet in her dorm room and had to go back and retrieve it and found...

    Questions for P90X Alumni..

Hi Susan. If you're working your muscle groups to failure, you will be fine with the P90X rotation. :-)

    Questions for P90X Alumni..

Hi Lynn. I just took a rest week and then continued P90X using the Halfsies workouts. What I was really worried about was shelving the pull-ups for a long length of time and not doing CST for a long period of time. CST is the most humbling workout that I have ever done! If you do S&H try...

    Questions for P90X Alumni..

It was I who came up with the halfsies combos. :D I originally came up with this idea when I was trying to help a fellow VFer make these workouts doable for her. Kathryn named them, Halfsies and numbered the combinations that she came up with. :D There really are lots of workouts that can be...

    Doing P90x and noticed..

In regards to if these workouts are harder than Cathe's workouts, I personally feel that the strength workouts are harder than Cathe's strength workouts and the cardio workouts are easier. Cathe doesn't really have a workout to compare Core Synergistics to, but this workout is flat out tough~

    P90X Recovery week

You should be fine, Caren. I did some research at the BB forums and Steve posted that the jest of the P90X recovery week is to not lift heavy weights. He said the recovery week is still tough and the only thing you will not be doing are strength workouts. :-)
