I also do the S&H plies with the barbell. I wasn't getting much of a workout using the weights that I had either. I think I was bending forward too much while holding the weights. The barbell over the shoulder is more comfortable for me.

I like mini whole wheat pitas with 2 TBSP of canned diced tomatoes and an oz. of Montery Jack shredded cheese baked in the toaster oven. Sometimes I put veggies on it and sometimes a couple of pieces of chopped pepperoni.

Leaner Legs is by far the hardest leg workout. The low-ends do the trick. But even though it is hard, working the opposing muscles really feels good and it goes by fast, well kind of. You DO feel really good about yourself after!!
