Cathe - have you considered ...

Cathe, I've wondered if you've considered branching out and producing workouts for other instructors, one's that are hand chosen by you to film. Sortof like a CIA series by Cathe? I think the SNM produces the best quality products on the market today. (Although I preferred having the 2...

Things I'd love in a new series:

    (1) a pure step along the lines of Rhythmic Step or Step Blast (2) another high step training/challenge (3) another Low-Max (4) another IMAX (both on the same DVD with a premix mixing them up) (5) another bootcamp (6) another total body weights (both on the same DVD etc)...

    Cathe .... what's next ?

Yeah, I know. I'm nuts, what can I say! Obviously, your new gym just opened, and you are swamped with things there. I'm sure you're still recovering from the Hardcore series. But ... have you thought at all about filming again this fall? Or do you plan to take a more extended break...

Compliation from IS, BB, and Hardcore in new workouts

I would love a set of DVD premixes of either cardio or circuit workouts that complile your favorite sections from the Intensity, Body Blast and Hardcore series. You have all this great footage - and I would love to have it put together in different ways!

So confused ... weight training question

Ok -- so conventional wisdom says to lay off the weights for 48 hours following a heavy training session in order to give your muscles plenty of time to heal and repair. Does this only apply to using heavy weights? The theory behind the Slim Series is light weights, high reps, but doing...

    More ideas

I love the fact that you provided a Timesaver DVD for those who requested a CTX like workout, and I would love it if you would do this for future series, too. It is refreshing to come off a rotation, and look forward to a little cardio and a little weight work each day for a week. I would...

    Post-surgery rotation?

Cathe, I am having surgery on the 24th of May for a breast reduction (YAH!). While I look forward to eventually jumping and running without the risk of giving myself a black eye (haha), I am trying to determine a post surgery exercise rotation that will help me recuperate and regain any...

    Power of 10/Slow Burn

Cathe, I just read the journal of a woman who is using the Power of 10/Slow burn method. She has been doing a 12 week rotation of one exercise per body part. 10 count contraction, 10 count release of the heaviest weight she can maintain in good form to exhaustion. She has been getting an...

    Next series?

Cathe, Now I know you are now just recovering from the hectic production of the BB series. But .. of course, you must know that we are all always looking forward to the next series. Any idea when you will be filming next? Any ideas running through your head? Kristen

    Question about Body Blast DVD's

Cathe, You did such a wonderful job with the Intensity DVD's, and offering the 'bonus' disk of the mixed workouts was brillant. Are you planning on offering something like this with the Blast Series? Thanks -- I am looking forward to the preorder. Kristen edd 6-25-03 Baby #2 .. a girl :)

    My first thoughts are ..

I would love to see a : Cardio and Weights II and III -- cross trainers so each workout is 1 hour total, and using the 2 together will hit all the muscles in the 2 days, without overworking the main muscles. Maybe one day has higher intensity cardio/intervals, and the other day has lower...
